Testing Dates
AUF administers admission tests to assess applicants' academic readiness. Review the examination schedules, registration requirements, and test guidelines below.
The primary admission examination for all incoming freshmen applicants to undergraduate programs. Covers verbal ability, numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning, and general knowledge.
Eligibility
Senior High School graduates or incoming Grade 12 students within the academic year of application.
Registration Steps
- 1Accomplish and submit the online application form at admissions.auf.edu.ph
- 2Upload required documents (Form 138, Certificate of Good Moral Character, 2×2 ID photo)

Application Guide
Applying to AUF is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to complete your application from start to enrollment.

Accomplish the Online Application
Complete the AUF online application form at admissions.auf.edu.ph. Provide accurate and complete personal, academic, and contact information.

- Prepare a valid email address — all communications will be sent there
- Double-check all information before submitting
- Note your application reference number for follow-up

Submit Required Documents
Upload or submit the following documents to the Admissions Office. Incomplete submissions may delay your application.
- Original Form 138 / Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (signed by the school principal)
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate
- 2×2 ID photos (recent, with white background)
- School ID or any valid government ID
- For transferees: Official Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal

Pay the Application and Testing Fee
Settle the non-refundable application and testing fee at the AUF Cashier or via the designated online payment channels. Present proof of payment to the Admissions Office.

- Keep your official receipt — you will need it to claim your test permit

Take the AUF Admission Test
Appear at the designated venue on your scheduled examination date. Bring your test permit and a valid ID. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam.
Tips
- No entrance will be allowed after the exam has started
- Calculators and electronic devices are not permitted unless specified
- Dress appropriately and follow campus policies

Await Examination Results
Results are typically released within a week of the examination date. You will receive an email notification at the address provided in your application. You may also check the Admissions Office in person.

- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email
- Results are valid for one academic year only

Complete Enrollment
Upon receiving your Notice of Acceptance, proceed to enrollment during the designated enrollment period. Bring all original documents and the required enrollment fees.
Tips
- Enrollment periods are strictly observed — do not miss your assigned schedule
- Secure your slot early as programs have limited enrollment capacity
- Consult the Admissions Office for scholarship and financial assistance applications

Scholarships and Grants
AUF is committed to making quality education accessible. A range of scholarships, grants-in-aid, and financial assistance programs are available to qualified students.
Academic Excellence Scholarships
InstitutionalAwarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance. Recipients are identified based on their academic standing at the end of each semester.
Benefits
- Tuition fee discount or full scholarship depending on academic standing
- Renewable each semester upon maintaining the required GPA
- Recognition in the Dean's List and President's List
Eligibility
- Must be a full-time student with at least 18 academic units
- Must maintain a specified minimum GPA (varies per scholarship tier)
- Must have no failing grades or incomplete marks
Athletic Scholarship
InstitutionalGranted to student-athletes who represent AUF in official intercollegiate competitions. Recognizes the dual commitment to academic excellence and athletic achievement.
Benefits
- Partial to full tuition coverage depending on athletic performance and program
- Allowance for training and competition equipment
- Priority registration during enrollment
Eligibility
- Must be a member of an official AUF varsity team
- Must maintain a minimum academic standing as required by the Sports Office
- Recommended by the Sports and Athletics Office
Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
Government — UNIFASTA CHED-administered government subsidy under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (Republic Act 10931). Provides direct financial assistance to enrolled students in private HEIs.
Benefits
- Annual subsidy credited directly to tuition and fees
- Available to eligible students enrolled in recognized private colleges
Eligibility
- Must be a Filipino citizen enrolled in an accredited program
- Must belong to an eligible household based on DSWD assessment
- Must not be a recipient of any full scholarship that covers all tuition costs
ESGP-PA (Expanded Students' Grants-in-Aid Program for Poverty Alleviation)
Government — CHEDProvides financial assistance to students from the bottom 20% of Philippine households, enabling them to access quality higher education.
Benefits
- Monthly stipend for living expenses
- Tuition and other school fees coverage
- Textbook and learning materials allowance
Eligibility
- Must be from a household beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
- Must pass the AUF admission examination
- Must maintain satisfactory academic performance

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is the official custodian of all academic records at AUF. It provides a range of certification and records services to current students, graduates, and other authorized parties.
